The CHOATE 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel Billet Steel Bed Plate Performance Upgrade is machined from A36 structural steel. This Bed Plate, often known as a Girdle, is designed to strengthen the lower end reducing the possibility of main flex, main cracking and main bearing failure. The CHOATE 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel Billet Steel Bed Plate Performance Upgrade is also designed to work with the CHOATE 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel Billet Main Caps further strengthening the block along the mains.
