**Warning!**

The Flexplate for the 6.0 and 6.4 are NOT interchangeable. While they will bolt in place and fit, they are not balanced the same. If you will notice, their are more “windows” machined in the 6.4 flexplate than that of the 6.0. This is because the weight of the 6.4 piston is heavier than the 6.0. Therefore there is less weight needed on the flexplate. Using the wrong flexplate can result in engine damage. Be sure to verify before installation.
