When you’re ready to send in your core, it’s important to make sure that all fluids have been drained, the core has been shrink-wrapped, and it’s securely strapped to the pallet and crate provided. Additionally, you are required to submit images of your core to a customer service representative before a shipping BOL can be provided to you., Please make sure to include the laminated pallet ID card that was stapled to the pallet when you received your engine. This will help us process your core return in a timely and efficient manner. For More Information on the whole Process please go Here.

Not necessarily. If your injectors are in fact good, you’re fine to reuse them. However, it is very common for trucks to run well enough that the driver can’t tell a difference, with bad injectors. And even slightly bad injectors can eventually cause catastrophic damage to an engine. We highly recommend that you get your injectors tested by a reputable facility before reinstalling them into a new engine.
