As a general rule, $100.00 per hole is a good estimate on boring most inline engines less the 6.7 litres. This does not include any cylinder sleeves that might need to be installed for repair. Some of the smaller bore diesel engines do not have oversized pistons offerings and it is necessary that they are sleeved. For an exact quote we would need to look at your engine.
