Improves flow and cuts backpressure by 89% from the DPF and 9% at the turbine inlet, allowing the engine to produce more horsepower. Includes Huge Polished-Chrome or Cerakote Black Patented SideKick tip.

Fitment Note: Note: For 2016 3500HD models only, you will need an additional NOX bung sold separately. This will need to be welded on and installed at your local muffler shop. The bung needed is available here PN: 52255
