  1. I have been reading articles about your knowledge and expertise in powerstroke motors. I can imagine that your are looking at the newest gen. I have purchased a 2022 with 25,000 miles on it now. I keep my truck maintained and for long periods. Always listening for ways ways to help the motor. I was wondering if y’all ever swap out a customers good motor for a new upgraded motor. I had read where in the earlier gen powerstrokes, you offered a workhorse model that gave around 550 horsepower for a fellow like me that has a small farm but wants a motor that I appreciate the extra horsepower but really appreciate the upgrade in quality products that was used to build the motor. It was just a thought. Any information would be appreciated.

    1. Hi Rodney, there’s usually no reason to swap in a newer model engine if all someone is looking for is a little bump in power. A 2016 6.7 Powerstroke for example is capable of over 600hp at the wheels with just an aftermarket tune. The only time we’d swap out a perfectly good engine for something else would be if the customer wanted more HP than the stock platform can handle, for a 6.7 Ford thats generally anything north of 700hp.
