Description of the 6.0 Long Block Engine:

• Our Built-In-House 6.0L Powerstroke Heads, which undergo thorough Magnaflux and pressure testing. These include Ground Valves, New Induction Hardened Seats, All New Valve Guides, New Valve Seals, New Freeze Plugs, and New Injector Cups. Additionally, we meticulously Test Spring Tension.
• Head Studs and New Head Gaskets, providing enhanced clamping load with high-strength head studs boasting a 230K LB tensile strength. The aftermarket gasket features a larger fourth layer and cleat for superior binding.
• Full CNC blue print machining on the 6.0L long block Engine, including bore, deck, hone, and line honing processes. Choate  precisely bores the cylinder bores to a perfect 90-degree angle from the crankshaft center line and honed to achieve clearances as tight as .0002 inches for precise piston-to-cylinder bore fit. Furthermore, the block is bored to align with the crankshaft center line and honed to a smooth RA13 finish.
• Connecting Rods, New Damper, and Flexplate for Automatic Transmission, with thorough checks on wrist pin and crank pin to rod clearances. All Manual Transmission Engines undergo additional balancing to a stock flywheel.
• New Upgraded Pistons .10 – .30 over New Pistons, Rings, Pin Retainers weight matched prior to crank balancing, ensuring optimal performance.
• Crankshaft, Balanced with the Rotational Assembly, polished, and ground to .0005 concentricity or less. Similarly, Choate Polishes the Camshaft
• New Rod, Main, and Cam Bearings, New Pushrods, and installation of Rear Main Seal, Bed Seals, Rear Cover Gasket, Upper and Lower Oil Pan Gaskets, and Pickup Tube O-Ring.
