The Choate Remanufacturing Process

We treat your industrial engine with the same "Stock is Not an Option" philosophy we use for our 1,000+ HP competition builds:

• CNC Blueprint Boring: We don't just hone cylinders; we CNC blueprint the block to ensure perfect geometry and alignment.

• Precision Balancing: All rotating assemblies are weight-matched to within 2 grams. This minimizes vibration: the leading cause of bearing failure in heavy equipment.

• Torque Plate Honing: We simulate the stress of a torqued cylinder head during the honing process to ensure the most consistent ring seal possible.

• Upgraded Components: Every engine receives brand-new components (pistons, lifters, oil pumps, and sensors). We use upgraded valve materials to prevent the high-heat separation common in OEM exhaust valves.
